More stuff. (Also, more stuff).

A little update here.

Got a little tired of realistic anatomy.

...but not for long.

Spot the celebrity

Just a quick sketch from a dvd-case I had lying around. Can you see who it is?

More sketches. Also, nudity.

So, I've got some more stuff here. One ink drawing, and a bunch of sketches.

Rated "PG 13" for partial nudity

Just a quick sketch here. I'm fairly happy with it though, so I might do a more careful ink rendering of it later.

Small update.

Just some quick sketches today. I have decided to focus on anatomy and the human body for this little project. In part because there is not enough time to focus on everything, but mostly because it is the one subject you really have to master.

If you draw a mountain the wrong shape, or the wrong number of limbs on a tree, it still looks like a mountain and a tree. Humans are not quite so forgiving. Humans are also one of things I'm not very good at drawing (though I usually manage to draw the right number of limbs.), so hopefully there is ample room for improvement during the month.

Some initial sketches

Partly old, partly new, but this is pretty much where I'm at right now. Let's see if I improve during the month, shall we?

An arm. Half an arm, at least.

An old picture from my other blogg. It will have to do until I get home and upload the new ones currently residing on my memory card.

Episode VIII- A new Month

So it's a new month. Didn't see that coming. I'd say last month's project was a partial success. I didn't manage to study quite as much as I would have liked, (because grinding the same thing over and over gets old pretty fast) but I did get at least a decent introduction to the Russian language. If I ever travel to some Russian-speaking place, I know at least enough Russian to make a fool out of myself.

For this month, I'll try something a little more aristic. I thought I'd spend some time honing my drawing skill. I'm no complete beginner when it comes to drawing, but I've never really spent a lot of time on it. So I'll post my stuff pretty regularly (including sketches and unfinished things) so you can see if there is any improvement throughout the month.
